These 2018 GRAMMY Nominated Songs Are All About Cars

|

I can’t put my foot on the accelerator without pressing play on my favorite playlist or blasting tunes on the radio. Rolling the windows down, I do my best AC/DC impression at an intersection so everyone else can hear me. Music makes my drive!

With the GRAMMY Awards this Sunday, it got me thinking: how many musicians have written songs about cars? What if I could listen to a playlist about cars while driving my car?

Mind = blown.

Car references are often used in music and this year there is no exception. A number of GRAMMY-nominated artists include cars in their songs. Here at GasBuddy, we created a playlist of car-themed GRAMMY-nominated songs…because you know, we’re all about cars here!

P.S. We listened to every song that was nominated this year and some artists wrote about cars but included not-so-(ahem)-appropriate language. One was even about gas…. or so we thought. If you want the complete list of car-themed songs, leave a comment and we won’t leave anything out. ?
