How GasBuddy helped Campanda.com drive awareness of the RV Rental Marketplace

The deep collaboration between GasBuddy and Campanda.com identified the best strategies to drive awareness and activate GasBuddy users to consider a new income stream through RV rental.

This was a tremendous opportunity for Campanda.com to leverage GasBuddy’s content initiatives to engage with our users. Co-branded content allows brands to communicate with GasBuddy users in a way that is educational and relevant to them—something that is difficult to achieve in a typical banner ad. GasBuddy and Campanda.com produced and distributed several content pieces to users educating them on the basics of owning an RV and ways to make money from RV ownership (some RV owners earn up to $5000 a month!). The content was strategically targeted and distributed to users via GasBuddy’s email and social media channels, resulting in above-average user engagement levels.

GasBuddy and Campanda.com worked together to develop and optimize a cohesive user journey and co-branded landing page. This experience encouraged users to get an estimate of how much money they could make thus giving them a compelling reason to consider listing their RV with Campanda.com.

Campanda.com saw a lift in their top-of-funnel response rate from consumers and bottom-of-funnel RV listings that went live on their site by leveraging GasBuddy’s multi-channel initiatives, strategically targeting a highly-engaged audience of drivers, creating compelling co-branded content, and optimizing the user journey.
