Hard to believe that summer is half over! July was a month full of trips to the beach, weekend getaways, barbeques and plenty of sun. Even though national average gas prices are 20 percent higher than last year, we’re happy to help our users cruise through the warmer months with more money in their bank instead of their tank.

Another helpful free app that a wonderful credit counselor gave me yesterday is called GasBuddy. It'll give you the lowest gas prices in your area and the distance to them. If anyone is trying to save money it's a great app to install….
