The Ultimate Touchdown Treats Found at Gas Stations

|

Skip the long supermarket lines! Your gas station’s convenience store has tons of go-to treats whether you invited friends over to watch the game or need some last-minute supplies for your game-day tailgate. I bet you had no idea you could pick up some of these items at your local gas station!

Want a Cold One?
You can get everything you need from a case of cold beer to a growler of your favorite craft beer. In addition to these libations, you can also grab water, soda, coffee and whatever else your crew wants. Everyone wins!

Double Dippers!
Who can resist a chip and dip bowl? Not this gal! This is as easy as it gets for entertaining and is an instant crowd pleaser. Guacamole, Sour Cream and Onion, Salsa, Tortilla, Doritos, Fritos – ahhhh! So many options!

Slice and Dice
Pizza for a crowd can get pretty pricey but you can buy a few frozen ones and slide them into the oven for a no-prep, crowd-pleasing meal. If your crowd likes chili, warm up some family-size portions on the stove or crockpot. Easy peasy.

Listen to Mom – Eat Your Fruits and Veggies!
Many convenience stores will have pre-made crudité or fruit platters for those who like to munch on the healthier side.

Grillin’ and Chillin’
Get your grilling on with anything from steak to hot dogs to bratwurst and more in the cooler section.

OMG. I forget the…
It is the worst feeling when you are well underway but you forgot something important. Relax! Koozies, bottle openers, lighters, sunglasses, propane and more! The convenience store can hook you up with whatever you need!

Sweet Treats
Dessert is always the best part of a meal. Don’t forget to buy something a little sweet like cookies or a bag of candy. You’ll be a game-day hero!

Enjoy all this yummy food and have a great time!
