In partnership with location-intelligence leaders, Cuebiq, GasBuddy recently released its second quarterly report on foot traffic patterns for the fuel and convenience store industry.
Together, we examined location visit data at more than 100 fuel and convenience store brands, encompassing more than 22.6 million visits across the U.S., from April 1 to June 30.
Which fuel brand earned the highest average footfall per station? Indiana-based gas and convenience store chain Ricker’s came in at the top for the second-consecutive quarter, capturing more than four times the industry average. They were followed by Meijer (moving up from fifth place last quarter) and Family Express (down from second place).
